Membership details & terms

Billing: Memberships are billed monthly on the day you join. Benefits are active as soon as your first payment processes.

Usage: Monthly services are reserved for the member only. Some benefits may roll over for 1 month depending on your tier.

Pausing & cancellations: You may pause or cancel with written notice before your next billing date. Any unused benefits follow the cancelation policy outlined at check-in.

Fine print: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promos unless specified. Full terms are reviewed with you at your first visit.

How do I cancel my membership?

Simply call, email, or let our front desk know that you’d like to cancel before your next billing date. We’ll confirm your final charge date and review any unused benefits with you.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We recommend a 3-month commitment to see meaningful results, but there is no long-term contract. Memberships are billed month-to-month and can be canceled with notice prior to your next billing date.

What happens to unused monthly services if I cancel?

Any unused services follow the rollover rules of your chosen tier and must be used before your final membership date. After that date, unused services expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Can I pause instead of canceling?

Yes. In most cases you can pause your membership for a short period due to travel, medical reasons, or life changes. Pauses must be requested before your next billing date and approved by our team.

Can someone else use my membership benefits?
